Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on an IT team
- Microsoft Windows OS / PC & Laptop installation, management, and troubleshooting
- Basic Active Directory troubleshooting
- Basic VMware/Hyper-V understanding
- Networking Understanding (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, Wireless, Switching)
- Microsoft 365 support and management
- Google Workspace support and management
- Backup solution installation, support, and troubleshooting
- Basic network security, supporting endpoint protection
- Excellent communication skills
Great to have:
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT Company
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage or other professional services automation software (PSA)
- Experience with RMM platforms such as N-Able, Automate, NinjaOne, Etc.
- Experience with Network and Firewall security products from Sophos, Fortinet, to Meraki
- Experience with VoIP phone systems such as Team’s Voice or RingCentral
- Experience with installing and supporting MacOS systems
- Professional, Industry, and/or Vendor Certifications are a plus
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Responding to partner support tickets promptly, providing concierge-level technical support
- Documenting technical resolutions through support tickets lifecycles within ticketing system
- Handle several scheduled tasks for partners with the intent to see to it that their systems are functioning uninterruptedly. They coordinate and continually interact with support personnel and vendors that resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network.
- New workstation onboarding and implementations (Windows and MacOS)
- New switches, access points and firewall configurations
- Troubleshooting copiers, printers and scanners
- Troubleshooting VoIP related issues
- Troubleshooting hardware related issues
- Troubleshooting line of business applications and software issues
- Provide remote and on-site solutions to partner problems, issues and needs, including but not limited to server/workstation/network support and maintenance
- Actively collaborating in the development and maintenance of IT Support processes and procedures
- Identifying infrastructure system needs or process improvements for our partners
- Create and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of partner environments and technical best practices

- Full-time
- Salary: $50,000-$55,000
- Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
